Canvas top getting old?

Canvas top getting old?
I don't think ive seen this issue before but I notice some of the canvas is starting to separate along the underside of the soft top to the side of the glass window. In the pic it would be right on the underside of the "overlapping quarter panels, like original" in the picture above, there's no tear, one side is a solid while the other is starting to separate a little with some thin white plastic piece.
Anyone have experience with this? Im prob gonna use some vinyl glue, my 12 year old car is getting old LOL
