You still haven't told us how much you're going to rub. Eitherway, I DOUBT you're going to rub. I've been pretty damn low on OEM wheels, this is assuming you have OEM wheels.

i have 17 inch enkei rpf1's with 38 offset i believe

Whats the width of the wheel? Im running 17x9 +40 with a 255/40 in the rear, pretty low with no rubbing but that is with -3 camber & fenders rolled/relocated tab.

245 shouldnt be a problem.....

i run 18x10.5 with 285 an no rub

245 will fit no problem. Just fo -3 camber in the rear or less but I recommend getting your rear fenders rolled so you won't have any problem at all.
