does anyone have experience with cams in their cars?

i have an ap1 w/ tuned vafc, AEM CAI, BERKS TP, and megan single catback

and now i wanna put crower stg 1 cams in my car....
just wanna no if anyone felt a major differance in performance and sound...
and also what were ur WHP/ TRQ gains?

You should ask this question in the JDM Tuning forum, but from what I've heard, the BC cams are useless.

 

Read the same. Apparently they have too much lift and duration.
