S2Karizma wants me to send the ipod back to him, he will then have MY $$ and HIS ipod. At that time he will decide if, when and how much to refund me, does that sound fair?
Can we please get this resolved? You will be getting back your ipod in the EXACT same condition it was sent to me.

It's none of my business... but that's bullshit!! Why would you only give him 50% refund when you would be getting back exactly the same thing that you sent him. I don't get it... Just give him the money, then re-sell the ipod
