thats not the point, the point is that it he was fast enough to go to jail
Well, you made it seem that you had some sort of tool to estimate the given speed. In CA, "fast enough to go to jail" is anything 100+ mph. I'll be sure to be a good citizen as well when it appears to me that anyone is around that speed.

lets just say there is fast, and go to jail fast. these guys were way beyond that.

instantly i could smell exhaust like it was shoved up my nose, plus the officer called me to tell me how fast he was going.

So you're Peter's bunkmate?
Let's just say we've had a lot of time in the last few days to get intimately acquainted.

BTW, I did mod the brakes on my BMW before my 150 MPH run. I replaced them all with drum brakes because they are easier to keep primed and therefore they always stop better when I need to go from 150-0 super fast because the CHP are pulling me over and I don't want them to smell my hella bad exhaust. The po-po said it was punishable by instant death, but he cut me a break and only wrote "145" on the ticket so that I could just get jail time instead.

Edit: Oh yeah, that was me on Calaveras Road, too.
