California to ban large energy inefficient HDTVs

My gaming PCs consume much more power than any large HDTV. I'm all for manufacturers in creating more energy efficient devices but I hate having this state dictate what I can and can not buy. Ban trans fat? Heck I want to eat trans fat and have poor health.
