The way I see information from both sides is that degle sent the goods to s2kpnoy, they were off his old s2k, and were taken out in working condition. During the time from dagle's s2k to s2kpnoy the ballast went bad?
You guys should just resolve this quickly and split the cost, since you both feel the other is at fault, or just wait it out and not bicker like children.
(posting in seller feedback is good, but maybe after the issue is fully resolved.)

the deal never went down, i just dont like the way he talked to me. ill let paypal give him the refund. ima sit here and do nothing to resolve it for 10 days.

its koo bout the s2ki feedback and all that, dont got much left to sell and wont have an s2k for a while anyways. the next s2k will be mostly brand new parts so no worries, won't be in classifieds much.
