holy crap this thread went hella far in the last 12 hours. I think everyone needs to chill the **** out and take a breather. dagle never said he wasn't going to give the money back. He's just not going out of his way to do it because of how far the op blew this out the water. Main point is OP screwed up. AND op and dagle are both taking this way too far.

1.OP you screwed up paying before asking questions. THAT IS YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT.
2.Dagle can't/won't warrenty/guarantee the ballast was working before or even after payment. Thats more then reasonable.
3.BOTH of you are retarded for all the crap talking to each other for $75 bucks
4.OP you can't really believe trying to crap over dagles name calling him a "scam artist" for your mistake would get your money faster did you?
5.Dagle you're being an ass hole right now too. Youre no better then OP right now. Only difference was it wasnt your fault.

OP-You should have asked questions before sending payment. Man up and accept the fact that was your bad. Apologize for the misunderstanding and dagle take the 2 mins out of your life and send him the damn money.

OR

-Dagle send him the ballast that we all have seen the pictures of working and keep the $75 bucks. Doesn't matter if the pictures were crappy quality. If you're not smart enough to see in the pictures the ballast was working OP, you're not smart enough to install it.
