The world must be changing.

You have HIS money and still have the goods HE paid for but you are acting immaturely by making him go through dispute when all this could've been resolved by just refunding his money when he asked for it? Last time I checked that is what a scam is, no?

Look I don't know what was really said between the two of you but this is just unnecessary. No doubt you have something more important to do then to be an ass about this whole situation? How old ARE you? Grow up already?

Just refund his money and move on with your (both of your) lives.
thats the thing, i dont have to do anything to hold the money

he wanted to be mr.bigshot so **** him he can wait.

Well, fine. If you think he's a big shot then why don't you just be the bigger person and refund his money? What do you really get out this whole thing?

all this for $75??

just send the money back and get over it....

a $75 part should be a simple transaction.

Entertaining as fk for a wednesday. So the reasoning behind not refund is ... ? Give the kid his money back and go about your business holmes, or do you have something to prove to the rest of us?

The bottom line:

1) Buyer jumps the "gun" and sends $75.00
2) Buyer thinks about it and ask seller if product works
3) Seller is (from what I've read) FLAKEY with his reponse regarding the customers concern of the products reliability
4) Nothing was ever sent, resulting in an argument between buyer vs seller, where interesting colorful metaphors were exchanged.

In my opinion, regardless of what happened between your interactions, seller should refund NOW since the product was never sent.

Initially I was under the impression that the product was already sent, received, and used.
Amen.. I cannot believe what I am seeing here. First let me start by saying that I do not know either member personally, but the facts are money was sent for property, said property was not delivered. Why hold the money if you did not fulfill your end of the contract? It's people like you who ruin the sense of comfort of dealing with another human being over the Internet to purchase something in the context of a private sale because your behavior is simply immature and dishonest. Saying that you are going to "make him wait" just because you two engaged in a verbal argument is just not how things are done in the adult world. Moreover, I cannot understand how you are still a member here acting like this... I dont care if it's one dollar or one million, it's the principal of the whole thing.

Just my two cents..

I think his dishonor and embarrassment caused by his actions to be brought into public light forced him to flex his Internet muscles...
