Wow that shit was just too much. If that guy that hit him with the chair gets arrested he can be charged with attempted murder. Once someone is knocked down if you continue to hit them it is no longer assualt. It all depends on the DA.

Either way I feel for that guy. He got ****ed up. Worst part about it is even if the guy gets caught nothing will probably happen. Hard to have faith in the system when a friend gets murdered, guy ends up getting caught and pleads out to manslaughter even though he has a second case pending on attemted murder.
