i bought some s2k parts off him a while back and now i have to pass CHP inspection which i need receipts for. This guy ripped me off and doesnt answer my phone calls. he has a shop on 3192 Juniper ave in Santa Rosa CA. He was putting an Integra shell on an S2k chassy so he sold off most of the parts off it. Im from Sacramento and dont want to drive down there unless i really have to. Does anyone know him or how to reach this guy? please help

Hey I don't know the guy who sold you the parts, but based on what you posted... how did he rip you off since you got the parts he sold you and you even installed them on your car? Not getting a receipt at the time of purchase is your fault and now your blaming the seller.

You need a receipt to show you bought parts from him? Or to prove the parts are not stolen? Or to prove smog legality?

If he's a private party I highly doubt he will have receipts and sounds like a shady guy so you're probably SOL.

Why does he owe you parts if you paid and took delivery in person?

i payed for a bunch of parts at once but he happened not to have 2 fenders at the shop and said he will drop them off in sac the day after, never did, promised for two weeks straight and then stopped answering. Its my fault for believing somebody lol I need the receipt with a vin number to show where i got the parts and who from. it doesnt need to be a fancy receipt, just his name and vin number of the donor car, thats all. I didnt know i needed a receipt at that time thats why i didnt get it the same day
