A quality palate is a quality palate. The big reason I got "into" wine was from a very extensive knowledge of beer.

So, you gonna sign up?

a. If you're interested

I'm Interested!

b. what class you would like (Wine Self-Defense or a specialty tasting)

Both!

c. if you want a specialty tasting, post your ideas (great wines for under $20/bottle, Syrahs and Shirazes, French Wine, Brunellos, etc.)

All of the above, plus maybe what wines to serve with which food, white wines

(feeling like a wino)

I don't really want to schedule anything for November or December b/c of everyone else's holiday stuff. ALSO, it's a major sales time for wine stores (T-Day, Xmas gifts and New Years ).

So hold off Asura; doesn't matter, I know you're favorite vintner is the one with the Choo-Choo Train on it.
