30K on an 01?
I would say yes due to age but I really don't know. I've seen some early AP1's that were still in great condition but I have no idea of the history, for all I know they could have been replaced.

I can say that MY07 with 40k looks perfect and has been removed 2-3 times without issues.

It's a possibility but they must be treated as if they're gold and they must not accidently get lost.
