howd you like the "opposite of cat" stuff? id tried it prepared a couple of diff ways and the grilled i actually liked, but the steamed and sausage versions of it was not too yummy...

It was very good. My grandma in law knows how to cook. You wouldn't know the difference eating this and pork. I have also tried the grilled leg and boiled thin meat 3 years ago at a restaurant. They tasted more like half bred between pork and beef. But the most important thing is the freshness. If you go to the restaurant, there's no way to tell how old the meat is. There are stories that they buy them dead for cheap and then serve it. While I know my grandma butchered it the night before.
