Nordy, Bloomies or Neiman's are good choices, but I save the gift card as an ultimate last choice since I think it's a rather impersonal gift and doesn't require much effort in looking for that right gift or a whole lot of thought.

If you want perfume, try the brand Jo Malone. They have it in VF as a standalone store and a section in Nordstrom. Scents are awesome. You can layer these to create a nice, light and refreshing smell. The Nectarine Blossom & Honey is a nice scent by itself or as a base layer. I have it and it.
