If you want a decent spot. We had a pretty good spot last year in the middle of the lot right next to the main entrance into the lot. Make it a lot easier to leave as well.

what time did you guys meetup/get there by? i'm trying to go, but i'll most likely leave right after work if it's going to get THAT crazy

Meet started at 8 last year. I got there at 7, Jared was there at 6. By 7:30, the main lot was full.
