you may just need to replace the rubber strips that surrounds the top. I think this has happened to me before when I swap tops. Everytime I would stop, water would leak through from the corner between the window and weather strip but now it's ok hehe.

im not sure how bad the seal is on your top but maybe a layer of Shin Etsu seal grease might keep the water out. since it's raining a lot, i would be generous with your application.

That's exactly what happens. When I stop the water comes out. Where did u purchase the strips from?

I have the same issue...i just deal with it and not try to drive while it rains.

I do need to grease up all my seal also so might do it and see if it helps.

Since mine is old I realized that it is not as rejuvenate as before. THe problem just fixed itself for me but you could try to tighten the bolts on the latches so that it'll secure the top more firmly or adjust the position of the strips so that the water may roll in another direction. Or it might be that your strikers are worn out so the top won't close all the way as it should. You can tell by noticing louder windnoise at higher speeds.
