Here is the story, I got call from ATT last month telling me I got a charge on my bill which they don't know what is it, and ask me to call the # on my statement to cancel it and get credit back if I don't recognize the charge. After few days my phone bill came in, with a charge of $99.95 to PaymentOne Corp. I called and ask for cancellation, and they have confirmed it.

Today I received my Feb bill, and the charge appear again with same amount of charge. I called ATT just now and ask why, they told me they have nothing to do with it, all payment goes to PaymentOne, and they ask me to call paymentone asap and ask for credit, and make sure they are not gonna charge again, if they refused to refund me call ATT back.

I called and paymentone refused to credit my bill, because they said payment was issued on Jan 11th, and I called on Jan 19th for cancellation, so I have to pay for this one again. I called ATT back and they told me PaymentOne is actually a payment service company, they ask me to look at the statement and I found out what I pay is for "Behalf of USA Business Directory"(which I think is related with paymentone after reading many complaints online.

ATT help with 3 way call and a guy from the hehalf of usa bus directory, they told me they call my business and someone told them that he could make decision of the business, and agreed with their service which I still don't understand what they actually do. Funny thing is they are saying they gonna email me the audio they have recorded when they call, the people they talked to I don't even know the name, as many of you know this is my family business with only me and my dad. I too don't know since when my phone # becomes to a credit card and anyone can charge it with out my authorization.

I did some research online and found out that this is a very commend problem for many people, so be careful with your phone calls and don't be the next. I am still waiting for the audio they gonna send to me. This is totally BS, I don't even know why ATT work with a such fraud company like this.

I would put this back on ATT. You have a contract with them they are responsible for proper billing.
