9 has tons of places for them to hide.
The frontside (saratoga side) isn't as bad as the backside (after 35 aka 4 corners).

The Man, like the one pictured above are common on Highway 9 and were spotted most recently in the Saratoga Basin. [I]The Man

That takes you away from Seacliff State Beach

Coming from Saratoga, you could take 9 all the way Felton, and then take mt. Hermon to Hwy 17. This brings you out to 17 in Scotts Valley. Or you could take 9 all the way into Santa Cruz, and then to the Hwy 1 jct.

Or you could take Hwy 17 all the way from Los Gatos, or if your coming from Gilroy, you could take Mt. Madona/Hecker Pass Rd. Hwy 152 which takes you to the small town of Watsonville. Then just back track north to Seacliff State Beach via Hwy 1

You could also take Hwy 35 to Old San Jose Rd. Old San Jose Rd. is awesome

That eventually dumps you into the small town of Soquel, then from there hop on 1, and then to Seacliff State Beach

Old San Jose Rd. is twisty, twisty, twisty

Look at a map!

There are MANY routes you could take. The easiest fun route is simply to take 9 from saratoga until it hits Highway 1 in Santa Cruz and then go south on highway 1 until you reach State Park exit. Seacliff is here.

Because highway 9 is so popular with the motorcycle crowd on the weekends I would be very careful about cops. They take great pride in showing their presence in these parts. Which honestly is a good thing. Asshats are always throwing it away, and having cops nearby is helpful when it comes time to put them on a stretcher.

Look at a Map?

Not really necessary, especially from an admin.

I was just wondering what's the safest route down to seacliff (i.e. not too many blind corners, and not too many cops)? No need to get hostel everyone
