Best Place to get a Wash/Detail in the east bay?

Best Place to get a Wash/Detail in the east bay?
Wassup All,
Tryin' to find a good Detail shop in the east bay. I called around but all these shops are like charging an arm and a leg. I got a DD 03 BB S2k with swirls on it. I live in an apartment which doesnt let you wash or polish or car. Also I never have time to do it myself due to work and school!
Could you guys recommend me to a place that does a great job for a reasonable cost!
