I rememer the one on Irving+7th or 8th was really good. Pho hoa hiep i think
also the one in daly city shopping plaza next to wamu

they all taste the same with rooster sauce.

 

 

theres a ton of good places in the south bay.

that place on irving is good.

also clement noodle. mm.

I don't think their is a Pho restaurant there, I live right up the street. Umm i beileve the PHo restaurants are around 19th+ irving, the one of the north side of irving is pretty good

 

I also heard some of the restaurants in the tenderlion are really good, no kidding.

 

Whichever doesn't dump MSG into it.
