Motorex has been closed down for years. Feds shut them down in 2003 or 2004. I forgot.

Bump.
They are actually still around, but the RI license has been revoked, and they are under Federal investigation, and the target of numerous lawsuits.

Hehe... Tried to lie to the Feds... Some folks. All I remember was 1995 was the cutoff because they couldn't adapt/fix/find an OBDII solution.

Screw the R34 and just get a nice low mileage R33. They are lighter and more fun to drive anyways.

You mean R32, right?

The R33s were the heaviest most "bloated" of the modern Skylines. The R32 was the most raw and connected. The R34 was designed to be lighter and smaller in the spirit of the R32 after people said the R33 was too big and heavy.

man, sorry to hear that Ben, you were going to be the hero of carlunch.

Anyway, even though the R34 skylines are classic, I really think that the new skyline gt-r, despite how ugly it might be, is going to rock. I guess we can all just cross our fingers!

After the R34 fell through, I embarked on a fruitless search for a '98 Supra, then this unexpectedly dropped into my lap. Picked it up a couple nights ago. It's no S2000, but not bad.
