so i have decided to can the whole beach idea, and replaced it with a night dinnner cruise on the sf bay through eventswest.com its only 116$ per adult and includes a 3 hour cruise around the sf bay and a full dinner course, along with live music and dancing think they said its a jazz band not to much of a jazz fan but oh well.

The cruise is a great idea, but for that money you can do better. I've done those dinner cruises before and personally they aren't that great and romantic. If you have the S2000, then drive her around the city. perhaps grab dinner (say) at Stinking Rose...spend $50-60 for dinner and then drive over to Treasure Island and you'll have a million dollar view of the city. Next take her to Coit Tower where you can take the elevator up the tower, then drive down to Ghirardelli Square for some sweet desert and then end it with a drive across the golden gate bridge for a nice walk in Sausaulito. All of this will cost you under $125.

I'm sure you are on a budget, but I could be wrong. Either way...good luck and have fun.

rent out a nice place for the weekend and plan to cook her an amazing dinner. this way you both would be comfortable indoors with music, tv, fireplace, etc instead of the cold wind against your skin. plan more than just dinner tho if you decide to do this. i dont know what else to do cuz im tired and want to nap, brb

yeah hopefully the weather breaks by then and we can get a decent night, the stinking rose restaurant great place but we actually just had dinner there last weekend so i dont wanna have a repeat, i would take the nice drive in the s but as lost as i can get which is a shame cause i drive for a living it would be a bad idea, i just confirmed my cruise so that is done hit me for 233.xx with tax and grutuity, i just orderd her a dress for the night from nordstroms so hopefully these ingredients will promise a great nite. oh yeah and we have a two night hotel stay here in my hometown of fairfield at the staybridge suite which we won from her company party at mimis cafe and will be using as well
