Bay Area Turbo S
I recently purchased an 01 AP1 in March and have been dying over owning a Turbo one at that.
I had a 300WHP single cam EJ1, but torque steer and traction on a high HP FWD platform does not work so i figured i'd turbo my S2000.
The project is coming along pretty fast. I currently have the main items for the kit which are Cusco hyper single clutch, AEM EMS with integrated UEGO, GT2871R T3 .63 and a BEAUTIFUL Full-race manifold.
Hopefully by the end of May it will be tuned for 400WHP.
The main reason for this thread though is to find out how many other turbo S2K's there are locally. If you own one please chime in, i'd like to know if you're running into any Blow-by problems mainly.
Thanks for taking the time to read my thread, and i hope to start meeting some of you guys here in the near future.

I believe there's one on the boards whose tuned on low boost. I think he goes by the handle blactrax?
There are probably some lurkers that could be turbo'd from the bay. I have seen a couple of turbo'd s2ks in the bay area but don't think they're boards.
I would have went with a turbo but decided to go sc'd again. I'm hoping by the end of the year to reach 400whp too.

I actually already sold the civic to a buddy of mine in stock form for $2550 for the Down Payment on my S2000, but the built motor still lives on in my room mates hatchback. It just got golden eagle sleeves/ topmount manifold and edelbrock intake mani, so we're shooting for 400WHP @28 psi on a SOHC VTEC
