Default Bay Area Storm Heading This Way

Looks like we are in for a big storm that is due to hit Thursday. They are mentioning that it's worst storm in 6 years. Supposed to especially pour in the North Bay, but the whole Bay Area should get hit pretty good. Good luck out there everyone! Especially those who daily their s2k's like me! haha

Looking forward to it. My car could use a free wash, just gotta keep an eye out for the crappy drivers during the commute!

Does anyone have any ideas about whether strong cross winds could rip a "track wing" off the trunk of the car?

It would be like getting sideways at 70 mph...
Maybe you should test it out? I doubt it'll be an issue though

It will lift your car up.

I was feeling most worried that the lateral force of the wind would rip the wing off. Sideways at 70mph....never been there before...wouldnt know anything about that sort of thing...

Braced myself and hopped on the freeway for about the 2 miles to get to work. Parked in my spot, looked back and I see this big ass tree branch. Took it the whole way with me to work! No damage found, thank goodness. That branch was aiming straight for that plastic rear window.
