Is it a guy working out of his garage or does he have a shop or something?
are there limitations to what he can do, assuming he isnt godlike?

 

Joey does his work at the Westborough Arco, next to McDonald's in South SF. There is some work he prefers not to do, as there are designated nights that he does jobs for s2ks and other niche cars. I take my care to him too and would have recommended him, but I misread your original post and thought you were looking for a shop farther south. To be clear joeys shop is a full fledged mechanic shop with staffing. You can certainly have cars worked on during the day, as I have and my family has. Best to contact him directly to book.
