If it was left out that long, chances are they are etched in to the clear. Most times when hard water spots have set that long, wet sanding and major polishing is required. And even then, they may not come out.

His prices compete with good body shops, but he's mobile, and turn-around is a LOT faster. For instance, I had the bottom half of my front bumper filled from sever road rash, and painted, and it was ~$350 I think.

Paint match is 100% on most colors. I watched him to a paint match on a 3-stage lamborghini orange and got about 98%. No clear coat runs, no solvent pop. If you ask, he'll even pay special attention to matching the orange peel to the factories if it's a big(er) repair. He uses digital paint matching, and uses PPG OEM stuff.

He can pretty much do anything that has to do with body and paint (not detailing--as with most painters, their detailing skills don't match their painting skills). I've had my clients use him to re-align a fender, to refinish wheels, rock chips, major dents, scratches, you name it.
