I'm sure many of you already have seen our custom headlight vendor thread (see signature) but since we are local right here in Fremont, we wanted to make a special thread for locals

We actually got our start doing BMW M3 angel eyes many years ago in the late 90's and technology has really improved allowing us to offer many unique modifications limited only by your imagination. We work on every type of car from M3 to 370Z, GTR and any car that pretty much has electronics. The s2000 is still one of our special focus cars since the possibilities are limitless.

Services we offer but not limited to include:

a) Headlight polishing and restoration down to a complete tear-down and re-build of internal parts
b) Clear and Smoke diffuser installation (you bring your or we can provide)
c) Projector retrofits
d) LED upgrades or changing OEM configuration
e) R8 LED look headlights in various colors, spacing and customization
f) Custom Painted Bezels and Trim
g) Body color matching trim rings


We have s2ki customers from all over the world and have shipped to Guam, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and New Zealand, etc. But for locals the benefits are far greater in being able to drop off the car for work or bringing us headlights to save on freight costs.

Every pair of headlights gets the same treatment as if it was our own headlights and we warranty all work. All 3 owners share the passion for cars and personally own s2000's as well!

Any headlight that is polished gets a special sealant coating to protect from UV.

Sorry guys hectic day....both of you have a PM!

As long as the damage is not on the inside of the plastic lense we have pretty good success in polishing headlights. Some internal damage can be fixed but cost will vary depending on the condition of the headlights. In most cases 1 hour, some would be longer so figure 1-3 hours of work based on current condition.

We use a combination of wet sanding, restoration cream and then dry/degrease the light before applying a new UV curable sealant on the exterior. Care must be taken since too much sanding will cause damage just like heating headlights.

Currently we have 4 pairs of headlights in here for various work so if you need something done drop by and we can discuss.


We had a few guys who wanted to see AP1 headlight samples so here's a few more:

Ap1 headlights are known to bubble up right under the projector so popular to refinish innners:
