Yo Vee, for basic colors on powder coat go to West Coast Powder coat in SSF. I forgot the guys name but he's the only one that answer the phone and the only guy in the office. Turn around time is fast. I did motorcycle wheels a couple years ago and it came out good. Can't quote on price as I had the hookup back then. Not anymore though.

For custom colors go to MAAS Bros in Livermore. I saw a bunch of their work when I used to go to EMA (motorcycle shop) in Pleasanton back in the day. They powder coated wheels on a CBR Repsol orange to match, and it was dead on. A little pricey for motorcycle wheels. I wanted white with some flake in it. I think they quoted me $300. That's just an idea of something custom.

I was having a tough time finding someone reputable to powdercoat my new setup also. Luckily I found a member here on s2ki who does great work. Only downside was that I had to ship the items out to New Jersey but it's worth it to me because I want quality. He's doing my valve cover, IC piping, velocity stack, and radiator stays.
