I am setting up a dyno day @ Dyno Labs http://dynolabs.com They are a new shop located in San Ramon, CA. They are off 680 in the east bay area. They have a brand new dynojet setup. This is a 2wd dyno. NO 4wd

Cost is $60 dollars for 3 runs WITH wide band o2 read outs with the dyno chart.

Scheduling info:
http://ef-1.com/modules.php?na...t=180

If your name is not on the list, you havent Im'd me or emailed me.
I prefer everyone to at least email me. by email is at the bottom of the page

There will be a barbeque with drinks provided for partipants of the dyno day. People that come by that are just watching will either pay 4-6 dollars or have free grub for coming out to watch.

Everyone needs to be there at least 30-45 minutes before the dyno session. Earlier the better.

Things that we will check on the tech inspection:
-oil level (check that before you come to the dyno)
-tire pressure and if there is tread left (make sure there isnt any cords showing)
-if the car idles properly and doesnt make wierd noises

You can email me if you have any questions or get me on aim. my handle is vintdi

my email is

Directions to the shop

you are on your own to get to the 680 freeway.

if you are coming from the south bay (silicon valley area)
take either 280 or 680 all the way past pleasenton and the 580 interchange.

About 10 minutes from the 580 interchange, you will take the crow canyon exti

from 680
-crow canyon exit in san ramon. if you are travelling north on 680, you will turn left at the light exiting the freeway and turn onto crow canyon. if you are travelling south on 680. you will turn right on the freeway onto crowcanyon
-the first right will be a major intersection
-take the first right onto San Ramon Valley blvd. there is a 76 gas station at that corner.
-the next light is fostoria way
-turn left on fostoria way. There is a in-n-out at the corner on your right hand side.
-you will come up to a 4way stop sign.
-turn right at the stop sign
-the first left is beta court
-turn left onto beta court
-about 100 yards up, there is a driveway that leads to the dyno.
-right next to the dyno is a shop called competition autowerks. there is a sign for it at the entrance to the driveway.

If you get lost. please call me on my cell, or call the number for the shop.
my cell phone is 925.389.0948

Sounds like a great deal. I may jump on this to see how the last 2000 miles has affected performance.

I will post up more info tomorrow about the deposit and schedule amount.

There is a decent amount of demand. I might move it to both saturday and sunday so the morning people can get there morning dyno runs in action.

The deposit amount will most likely be 20 dollars or the option to just pay in ful initially.

I am going to be grilling up some tri-tip and brisket for making some kick-ass bbq sandwiches. I make some serious rubs and marinades, most people will probably remember the good food, and not the cars.

this will be a good dyno day

as of now, they only handle 2wd cars.

I talked with the owner about doing awd, but he said for whatever reason you need to sink the dyno mechanism into the ground for both front and rear drive.

I updated the top post with new info
