Default Back Up Camera Suggestions?

With the plethora of in-dash TV head unit, Back Up cameras out there on the market - I wanted to see if any of you have personal experience(s) with these & which are the high rated models/manufacturers in quality & design?

Some criteria I thought about:

1. Night Vision capable
2. Small foot print/diameter, little to no drilling required for install & sleek
3. Is there a thin (non-bulky) license plate version or perhaps a camera that can be cleanly integrated with a license plate frame?
4. Waterproof or weather resistant
5. Auto Adjusting Lumens depending on the amount of light exposure the camera is faced with
6. Vibration resistant

Started off with this GUIDE & still reading on the net.

It's going on the Lotus first but I could easily apply this to the S2K. The rear & side visibility on the S2K (with Mugen HT & Roll Bar blocking partial of the rear window + small MRacing mirrors) is much like an open windowed van compared to the Exige with its rear hatch (intercooler in the way) & poor side view mirrors + blind spots. Having something as close to a normal cars rear visibility will drastically help in this situation & a rear view camera would help when tied in tandem to a screen.

It will be a Pioneer AVIC-N4 & can accept any standard RCA backup camera. Pioneer has one but its pretty pricey, looked at Alpine & Kenwood as well. Im more curious on the generic name brands or similar that might have good reviews.
