dude thats bull man, allstate is good and all but they should have at least payed something on the tail light!!. i swear they tell us that its our goal to pay for what we owe for but sometimes i feel like they make us try and save as much as possible. the way progressive works on AM parts (aftermarket) is like this: so i dont know numbers but say each jdm light is 500 bucks, and each oem is 300...without the extra mod ins, u get a free 1k of coverage on AM parts, so they would say 500 minus the 300 they would have to pay anyways is 200 bucks, so u have 800 dollars left (in that particular) accident...then say smoking ur tail light was like 100 bucks, we cover that too, and u got 700 of AM coverage(again on that particular accident) i thought thats how most of the big companies did it but i guess not, again sorry u had a bad experience, its a right of passage i guess cuz weve all been there,.

oh yeah guys i just heard this from my manager, not supposed to be public news cuz its bad to talk trash bout such a reputable shp but white oaks is no longer associated with progressive, acording to my team leader, we recommended a car go there and something about the management of the shop letting go like 90% of their techs!!!! so they took the car when they really shouldnt have and the repairs went nightmare status....long story short it was so bad that white oaks had to buy this lady's car from her! im not sure the entire ordeal but it was just weird cuz from the boards their seem to be 2 great shops for s2ks, white oaks and active auto. but thats the word around the office...
