Autotech Collision repair shop in San Jose?
Ok so today at starbucks off de anza and stevens creek, a teacher from de anza backed out without looking and hit my car. I was already backed out from my parking spot, ready to move forward. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed her corolla backing out ready to hit my driver side door. I throw it into 1st gear just in time for her to clip my rear panel and bumper. She then gets out and says its not her fault, gets back into her car and is ready to leave the scene. I start yelling at her to get out of the car and give me her info, at first she refused. So I called the cops on her ass.
Anyways my insurance is sending me to Autotech Collision repair. Has anyone heard of these guys and if so, what quality can expect from them?

Yeah, that's what I was told from a friend that it doesn't have to be the suggested shop by the insurance. I'm suppose to have an appointment with autotech collision next tuesday, so I have time to call them back with another shop.
Any suggestions for a repair shop guys? I would prefer something in the south bay.

just send it to a trusted place on the forums. that shop will give you an estimate.. a low one... but where ever you take it insurance has to pay the shop how much they ask. my s is sitting at a bodyshop right now too. look on the bright side though at least they didnt try to give you fake insurance

the good thing about these body shop is that they sign contract working along side with the insurance company, so your paint repair is or should be guaranteed for as long as you own ur car. I'm not saying it better, just in case you don't know about this, because the same thing happened to me and my insurance guy told me about it.
