Default Attn: bayarea people (not socal ppl).. I need a home..

I posted this in off-topic. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm moving to San Francisco in 2 weeks for my job. I'll be there for 3-6 months. My office is in Santa Clara. I'm looking for an apartment or a house. Something in the San Jose/Santa Clara area. Do any of you guys need a roommate?? or know someone who does?? I usually rent furnished apartments, but since I'm going to be in the bay area for a few months, I thought I'd look for a roommate or something with more of an 'at home' feel. Any ideas??

Thanks
-Ryan

I have a friend w/ a nice house right on the coast in Santa Cruz. But it's a 30-45 minute commute to Santa Clara. He is looking for someone to take the master bedroom in a nice house.

But if you ask me (being that I have lived here my whole life), I would much rather live in Santa Cruz on the Coast than in the South Bay.
