Thumbs up Attention Supercharged S2000 Owners

Hello Bay Area drivers, I am planning to purchase/install a supercharger but would like to get a ride on a supercharged S2000 before I go ahead with this purchase.

Not interested in driving it just getting a ride. You drive, I buy lunch/dinner

I am concern about :

- supercharger noise
- car vibration
- and overall experience

I live in the east bay (castro valley) and work in the peninsula (mountain view). Will meet you any where in the bay area.

Hope to find someone with some free time

Not that matters but so far the only mods on my AP2 are :

Mugen exhaust
Mugen fan switch
Mugen thermostat

will really like to install a supercharger by the time I get 10,000 miles on my car. Any follow up will be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to sell my MY00 red comptech supercharged S2 if you're interested... (just posted in this forum.) But I'd be happy to take you for a ride in it before it sells. Send me an email at jasonwang99@yahoo.com. I'm in SF in the Sunset.

One of you can just buy mine and get a ride anytime you want! Or offer up rides for free food/drink.

Hey not taking over my post

I have spoken with comptech and I am pretty much about ready to do the upgrade but found some 'symptoms' on s2ki that are holding me off.

Most of them seem to be old (broken brackets, bad fuel hoses, Lean A/F mix, bad fuel pump) but others not sure if they still around (car vibration, weak PCV valve, rattling noise )

Even though people say there is not difference I would really love to hear feedback from AP2 owners that superchaged their cars.

I really want to thank Jasonwang99 and Asura for offering me a ride, now we just need to find a time/place that we both agree on

I'm a little out of the way,.. but if you come to the BBQ on the 13th you can go for a ride in mine. I have no regrets. Only thing that happened to me is that the pully was over tq'd when installed (com'on who has an inch lb wrench), causing the pully bolts to snap, but comptech replaced it with no hassles.

I just turned 6K on my OD, and have been SC'd since 3K.

I have my new CTSC w/ AC in 2 boxes. You are welcome to come over to see what it looks like in their boxes. I need to find the time to install it or just sell it.
