Sherwin, aka 'Docofmind' (The Brake Zone), has been diagnosed with Leukemia.

I am planning to make a trip down to SoCal to give blood.

I have never given blood before, but I feel the need.

You too can donate blood to the blood bank (regardless of your blood type) and Sherwin will get 'credit' for blood that will help to expedite his recovery.

Our brother needs all the support he can get.

Damn i love these boards! Sherwin is such an awesome guy and i hope he beats the hell out of this. When are you planning on heading down. I'm DEATHLY afraid of needles, and ill probally pass out, but i would be willing to donate some blood to help out Sherwin. Youll have to let me know when your headed down.

I am afraid of needles too. But I am more afraid to lose someone to Leukemia. Sherwin WILL beat this, but he will need our help. Our efforts could mean more to Sherwin than we all might realize.

I am planning to go on a Saturday. So perhaps we leave friday evening or early saturday morning. The hospital takes appointments, but we will need to be punctual (LA traffic is hard to predict).

And my GF lives down in LA to boot, so maybe we could do a whole weekend thing with the SOCAL guys or something.

I can't make out all this months,but however i am gonna be down south in May.Asura,if u can be so kindly give me

I talked to brother Sherwin today and he is making is making very positive progress. Hopefully he will be allowed to come home soon.
