anyone up for a drive on Sunday 13th
Ok folks, we will be doing the Lake Berryessa run this time. Its been a long time since ive been to this area so those of you in the know, share the informational wealth.
Meeting Spot for Bay Area people (SF, East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula)

Meeting Time: 9AM
Leaving Time: 9:30AM
Meeting spot for North Bay People (Vallejo, Benicia, Navato, Napa, Fairfield, etc)
You guys pick a spot and ill add it here.
Meeting Time: 10AM
Tentative Route is as followed:
80 east > Suisan Valley Rd > Monticello Rd > Capell Valley Rd > Berryessa/knoxville Rd > Morgan Valley Rd > Seigler Canyon Rd > 175 South > 29 South > Petrified Forest Rd > 101 South which will put us slightly north of Santa Rosa. We can part ways there, or for those of you with iron asses can continue the drive to highway 1 with me and take that all the way down the coast to SF/home.
Total Milage: 159 miles/3.75hrs (without highway 1)
Full route including Highway 1. total milage: 230 miles/5hrs

jonathan and gen, i hope you guys had fun. thanks for coming out. the next one has been posted.
recap for those who missed it:
i kind of didnt really memorize my own route (oops) so we took an inadvertent detour through pope valley road which luckily turned out to be one helluva fun road to drive on. this cut about 2hrs out of our initial drive time.
then we just circled around the calistoga area, and took oakville grade over to highway 12 where a ML63 decided that it wanted to show off its big bad engine and tried to school a bunch of light weight roadsters on the twisties. the driver damn near flipped the car going around a hairpin too fast. money = doesnt always equal brains.
it seemed like today's theme was "harley rider holds up traffic by riding like a retard". every time we hit traffic, it was because some jackoff harley rider was riding around at cruising speeds.
