ill be honest, i dont know him.. but to me.. 16 weeks and not paying up is completley unacceptable. im just going from what i read and to me that is shady.. so in a way i did mean it because of what i read and in a way i dont mean it because i dont know this person and i dont know what he is about.

why don't you just shoot chris a pm, he has a pretty hectic schedule, also there is no need to put this out there.

chris is a good guy you should have no problem getting your money back.

i have sent him tons of pm's. i get responses but theyre like "it'll be out this week by friday the latest". i call him at least 3 times a week and no answer. what else can i do?

personally, i would just go to his house and force it out of him.. he is totally leading you on if he gives you this type of run around.. just go to his house.

I've met both illict and Chris. Chris does not look like that type of person who would hide from you for $150. I'm sure he must have his reasons.

I told you when I get the time I will pay you. I had offered you more than once to pay you if you drove up. You know that and you said mail it off or no. I even offered to meet you somewhere to pay you, you said no. On top of that there is a lot of other things that I had to look into. I did agree to pay you $150 at the time. But when it was all said and done you owed (which we didnt charge) my friend and I $200- $400 for the labor and install of all your parts that I sold you on top of me hooking you up with another $400 discount off the total price. I was doing you a huge favor and you even asked if you could give me a much lower amount and if I was ok with that and I said yes because I was hooking you up on top of needing money for another part . Thats $800 that basically you didnt pay or was discounted, I could have charged you for that. Yes, I said I would hook you up with that but in return after I looked back at this transaction and after speaking with my friend you would owe us money if anything. But since I said I would pay you then I will honor that. You have already been offered to come pick up the money but you refused. I would have waited for you and I even alloted time for you to drive up. Its a 30-45 min. drive tops. You can pick the money up today if you want. Like I said I have nothing to gain with not paying you. I am busy with my job and I cant/dont have the time to come on here as much as I used to thats why it would be easier for me to meet you somewhere to pay you. IMO, I hooked you up big time and you wanted another $150 out of an already hell of a deal. I have done dozens and dozens of deals over the past 4-5 years on this site and you are the first one to complain.

Bottom line, since I told you I would pay you, then I will. Even though IMO and Chris's opinion you would in reality owe us money. In fact I just spoke with him a few minutes ago and he couldnt believe you were still wanting to charge me $150. He told me to charge you $300 for labor on his behalf if thats the case but I told him just forget about it, its only $150. But enough of that.
