Anyone in san jose want to help me out?
I went to go start my car and as i pressed down on the clutch there wasn't any resistance until it got to the last few inches. Because of this, changing gears is extremely difficult because the clutch would not fully disengage. So i'm kind of stranded since i don't want to drive my car in this condition. I checked the reservoir and it's almost completely empty and it seems like the master cylinder is leaking slightly.
In order to become mobile again, i'm sure a proper clutch bleed will do the trick until i can replace the master cylinder. The problem is i don't have jack stands much less the necessary tools here at my apartment to do the job. I live a few blocks from sjsu so i'm hoping someone nearby can lend me a hand and some tools so i can do this. I'd be more than happy to buy you lunch, dinner, or whatever suits your fancy as a token of appreciation. Any other insight as to what the problem could be would also be helpful. Thanks in advance.
edit: found someone, any insight is still appreciated though.
