Default anyone race a new 335?

so tonight some guy in a new bmw coupe wanted to race me at the light. at first i was just watever then he guns it and i couldnt keep up cuz i wasnt even in vtec and i didnt launch. so we go from roll 2nd gear vtec and it was pretty even. and we did this again and same results. im not sure if it was a 335 or just a 328. what do u guys think?

335 is the twin turbo one by the way

My friend just picked up a 335. It's funny how the sedan is quicker than the coupe. Most likely its the added weight from removing the pillar and adding bracing.

The 335s are about the same as the current E46 M3s (as Im told). S2Ks usually get killed by the torque on those things so my best guess is that it was a 328. Just a guess.

from wat i heard bout the 335 ppl say its feels more like 300whp not crank

Yeah, they're cool cars. However, I dont know too many people who are willing to deal with them without a warrenty. The day my friend took delivery of his 335, he told me he was going to flip it the second the warrenty expired.

i have driven stock and Procede Mod 335i. Vishnu(tuner) was my old neighbor at my work. believe me our S needs boost to beat it

^ I agree, I got to test drive a new 335i last night and that thing was pretty impressive. My S2k would not hang with that for sure. Torque @ full boost.

328i has 235HP and 2xxTQ i'm sure it was a 328

Nice to see a picture of Shiv's 911 turbo. I remember when he got that thing. He does good work on the 335i, comes in to my work all the time to flash them and dyno tune.
