It's just another way to save money in the long run. Sorta makes an Green House effect. It works just like Dual Pane Windows. Insulates. Its like a 3 layer material. Can't really describe it but since you're building a home with it you should know what I'm trying to say. Usually its two layers of O.S.B. ( Oriental Strand Board ) . Have you guys ever dawn on Desktop 3.3? It's so much better than autocad, well maybe not better than the Autocad 2006 LT. You ever seen the rendering those programs can do?? It looks so real...
