anyone looking to move to santa cruz?
I posted this to craigslist but thought I'd try here too
Friday I was approved for a house near downtown santa cruz...then saturday I get a call from the person I was supposed to move in with that they got a job transfer so they wouldn't be able to move in with me. The house is really cool, and it's really close to downtown so I still want to get it if my application goes thru. I just need a roommate. There's no _tobacco_ smoking inside the house and no dogs allowed. Cats require a $500 deposit (I'm going to get one if I can move in). It has a sweet front porch area that's all fenced in, so you can go hang outside and noone on the street/neighbors can see you. Drive by the place and check it out! 316 elm st. It's just a couple blocks from downtown, 7-11 around the corner...it's the perfect location! The total rent is $1650, I'd pay $900 for the larger bedroom and garage leaving you with $750, or we can change the split if you want to take turns parking in the garage.
I'm 23yo guy and work fulltime in mtn view. If you're interested shoot me an email! cya
