A brief description of the position... Our campus recruiting managers manage the campus and office recruiting process, sourcing candidates for all lines of service, with a focus on Assurance. The San Jose office hires approximately 160-180 entry level candidates per year. Campus recruiting managers must have outstanding relationships with the office leaders, partners, staff and the HR function to help motivate participation in recruiting efforts. In addition, the campus recruiting manager will function as the lead recruiter at a local school(s) in order to source candidates for the San Jose office as well as for other PwC offices as appropriate.
