As i know thats a correction ticket , you gotta put the plate on and show it to any officer even on the road , and mail the ticket to somewhere.

Just go into any of the Highway Patrol weighing stations with your plates on... go inside and nicely ask them to sign the back of the ticket. Then you can bring that to the judge. It is that easy.
