Keep in mind a new NSX is $85000+ even if you lease your looking at 3-4 times the S2000 monthly. $799 a month to lease. Which IMO is way to much. If you buy your looking at $899-$1199 a month. To me thats rent/mortgage. 
It also depends on your credit, how much you put down, and how much you can bring their price down. 
Have you tried looking at a CL, TL, or RL? What about a BMW 318/325? What about the new Mercedes Compressor? Even those are bank.
