but doesnt verizon have the best connection everywhere? thats the only reason why i'm with them...

i dont really care for itunes... i like the camera phone better.... when r they coming out?
I think Verizon was number one but when I was with AT&T I had no problem with service(cingular and ATT merged). Service is vital to me and the GSM shouldn't be an issue.

For me Global travel is a big sell right now which is why I'm getting the GSM phone(unlocked of course).

not really... its all depends on your area

my friend w/ verizon in Irvine gets no receiption but my cingular works. On the other hand, her verizon phone works in certain mountain areas where my phone doesnt work
when i lived in so cal, cingular reception was big pimpin and verizon was only so-so, but up here verizon is excellente like a mofo

if you can't find a hookup, next best thing is the chinese stores

Nope no phone that you buy in the US works in Korea I believe....while Korea and Verizon(and sprint) both use CDMA I don't think that they are able to be transferred...the US phones are locked and even if they were unlocked there is no SIM card to tranfer phone information(i.e. the number, etc...)

Nope Korea is all CDMA and Japan decided to create they're own standard which is incompatabile with everyone....but at least it's true JDM!

Koreans carry their own phone in the US and the korean phones work here. I guess it doesnt work the same way in Korea...

maybe its cuz they get charged excessively for international calls but we use monthly minutes so its harder to charge the US users?
