somewhat exaggerated. that video shows what an extremely bad asthma attack feels like. a typical asthma attack which can be cured with a fast acting inhaler usually involves a jump in heart rate, coughing, wheezing, etc. an asthma attack where you feel like you're suffocating usually requires a trip to the ER. the majority of people who have mild asthma or exercise induced asthma (like myself) probably won't experience something to this degree.

I myself also have asthma. Not as bad as before, but when asthma comes, it hits me hard. But nothing like puffing on my Albuterol and in seconds I'll be able to breath easily.
Yes, they did exaggerate a bit in the video. I've had some serious asthma attacks when I was much younger and it was nothing near what the video was trying to show.

as i got older my asthma calmed down a bit...but one time I had an allergic reaction which triggered an asthma attack
