anybody know a good body shop?

yeah, no frame damage at all. i want to lean more toward the body shop route, but i also wouldn't mind just getting used parts.
can anybody give me an estimate of what you think the damages are worth?

retail would be somewhere around this:
replace the bumper (it looks torn at the corner) 200
or do body work on it 100
paint the bumper 300
body work on the fender (assuming they can pull that back out instead of replacing it) 100
paint the fender/blend the rest of the front end 500
repaint the lip 200

If you are going to get work on the fender, maybe you can get both sides pulled while you are at it. That's if you plan on doing wider wheels in the front in the future.
