Anybody go to Laguna Seca?
Here are some pics I took. I wonder if any of the other Photo Buffs went and took some awesome night and rain shots. Since my Coolpix 5200 is not worthy to take those night pics. I tried all night beleive me. I also have more pics in my album if you care to look. Enjoy.

What day did you go? I thought it was Speed World Challenge on Sunday, but from your pics it looked like LaMans.

We were there Saturday for the Le Mans race. We were going to stay for the Speed Vision Touring Challenge on Sunday, but we figured it was going to rain ALL DAY, and didn't want to be stuck in that. So we left on Sunday morning.
The last hour was great when it was raining. Almost everyone came in to change tires to wets, but 1 Porsche decided to stay out on slicks and try to make up time while everyone was in the pits. He slid out 3 separate times on turn 11. The second time he did it while the pack was coming down from turn 10. I've never seen a car to a doughnut U-turn so fast.

How funny! This lamborgini was at Buttonwillow for the track attack event on friday!
He was a part of the train gang that came up from LA.
He drove me crazy! For two consecutive sessions he was in front of me holding me up. I was all over him on the turns and he would of course pull away in the straights. He absolutely refused to let me pass.
The guy must have been all of 23 or 24 years old.
Nice car, poor driver.
