San Jose BMW Cycles off 880 has a huge selection of scooters (though not the Yamaha Vino)
My girl really wants one but I think they are kinda unsafe on highways but just for local it may be ok.
Are they over 50cc? I would suggest you get your M1 license anyways just so you learn the SAFE way cuz even if you are right on a cycle, you are still wrong against a car. Take the riding course as it only benefits you trust me. I took it thinking I know everything and learned TONS!
